Sales Team Manager – Energy Consultancy & Brokerage
Location: London / Hybrid
Lighting Lives Consultants is seeking a Sales Team Manager to lead and develop our sales team.
This is a hands-on role focused on improving performance, pipeline management,and conversion rates.
Whatyou’ll be doing:- Leading and coaching a small sales team
- Improving pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline
- Bringing structure to outreach and follow-up
- Supporting key deals
- Working with consultancy and marketing teams
- Managing partner relationships
- Carrying a small personal revenue target
Experience managing a B2B sales team
- Background in consultative or technical sales
- Energy sector experience preferred
- Strong CRM and reporting skills
- Ability to drive performance and accountability
- Established reputation in the energy market
- Strong growth opportunity
- Ability to shape and improve team performance
