They are now looking for a Travel Consultant to join their Asia Pacific team, taking ownership of a high‑value client pipeline from first enquiry through to booking and beyond — bringing destination expertise, sales confidence and a genuine talent for relationship‑building to every conversation.
The Role- Proactively follow up on new enquiries, converting warm leads into detailed quotes
- Manage a high‑contact sales pipeline, consistently meeting commercial and conversion targets
- Speak directly with clients by phone and video to understand their travel needs and preferences
- Guide clients towards the best decisions, introducing premium options and unique experiences
- Curate bespoke itineraries across Asia Pacific, pairing standout hotels with authentic, responsible travel experiences
- Maintain contact with past clients between trips to build long‑term loyalty and repeat business
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, including bookings, invoicing and client details
- Partner with post‑sales teams to resolve client feedback quickly, before, during and after travel
- Collaborate with your regional team and wider global colleagues to share destination insight
- Take part in annual familiarisation trips to keep destination knowledge current
- Luxury travel consulting experience is essential for this role
- Strong first‑hand travel knowledge of Asia Pacific and a genuine interest in the region
- Confident using destination knowledge to inspire clients and close sales
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding commercial sales targets
- Comfortable working towards uncapped commission and clear performance metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage a multi‑platform workflow efficiently
- Uncapped commission — realistic first‑year earnings of £60,000–£100,000+, with no cap for top performers
- Structured 6‑month sales training programme, plus ongoing support from your manager and L&D team
