If you are front line field sales focused within the hospitality sector and have some sales management or team lead experience, then this is the opportunity for you! This is an important hire for one of the leading hospitality tech providers across the UK who is seeking a hands-on, consultative and driven Field Sales Manager. You will be leading by example whilst driving new business growth across London as this is a player-manager role, combining individual sales responsibility with the opportunity to coach, mentor and develop a small high-performing field sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new revenue across the hospitality sector in a face-to-face capacity, with all opportunities being self-generated through proactive prospecting and relationship building. Alongside maintaining personal sales performance, the successful candidate will provide day-to-day leadership and sales coaching to the London sales team. Candidates will be expected to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, lead from the front in a field-based environment and foster a high-performance sales culture.

• Proven track record in winning new business
• 3+ year's software/tech sales experience within the hospitality sector
• Comfortable visiting customers 3-4 days p/w
• Experience managing and coaching a sales team

• Previously worked in the hospitality sector in a mid/senior capacity
• A stable career record
