We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Advisor to join our team. You will play an important role in attracting new members, delivering an excellent customer experience and helping the club achieve its membership and revenue targets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, customer service and health and wellbeing, and who is looking to develop their career within the leisure industry.

• Promoting excellent customer service and ensuring every customer receives a positive experience.
• Achieving monthly membership sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the growth of the club's membership base.
• Managing the customer sales journey from initial enquiry through to membership sign-up.
• Following up enquiries, leads and prospective members in a timely and professional manner.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending the most appropriate membership and services.
• Conducting engaging tours of the facilities and confidently communicating the benefits of membership.
• Building positive and lasting relationships with new and existing members.
• Supporting member retention by providing a consistently high level of customer service.
• Working closely with the wider club team and central marketing team to maximise local sales and marketing opportunities.
• Supporting local promotional activity, events and community initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring all sales activity is recorded appropriately.
• Supporting the Contract Manager and wider team in achieving overall membership, budget and revenue targets.

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who is passionate about sales and enjoys building positive relationships with people.

• Have strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
• Be confident communicating with a wide range of customers and building rapport quickly.
• Have a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Be commercially aware and motivated by achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Be confident identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate memberships and services.
• Have a positive, proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales.
• Be confident promoting the club's facilities, memberships and services.
• Have excellent listening, questioning and communication skills.
• Be resilient and able to respond positively to sales challenges and customer objections.
• Be organised and able to manage enquiries, follow-ups and sales activity effectively.
• Be able to work independently while also contributing positively as part of a wider team.
• Be professional, reliable and well presented at all times.
• Be flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends where required.
• Be willing to learn, develop and gain a strong knowledge of the facility and services we provide.
• Be able to build positive and professional relationships with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders.
• Previous sales or customer service experience would be advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
