Flexport is seeking an Account Manager to join the Demand team in the UK. You will own the customer experience from start to finish, nurture relationships with key stakeholders, and drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue.
You’ll monitor client health, align on success criteria, and coordinate with Global Operations to meet metrics while expanding product adoption and value realization for clients in the region.
