This full-time, Area Sales Manager role is based in the Greater London area. The role includes managing & growing sales within an assigned territory, developing and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and healthcare professionals. Planning and executing sales strategies, conducting regular customer visits, detailing product information, and negotiating commercial terms to achieve sales targets. The Area Sales Manager will monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and optimize product positioning.
The role also includes preparing sales reports, forecasting, collaborating with marketing& customer service teams, and representing Health Aid at trade shows, events, and training sessions.
- Demonstrated skills in territory management, account management, and relationship building with retail and healthcare partners.
- Experience in sales planning, pipeline management, and achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging diverse customers and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of nutritional supplements, FMCG, or healthcare products is essential
- Proven ability to work independently in the field, organize schedules, and prioritize multiple accounts.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, MS Office tools, and digital platforms to manage sales activities.
- Valid clean UK driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned area.
- Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Commitment to ethical selling, customer service excellence, and promoting health and wellbeing.
- Salary Range £35-40K depending on experience
