Figma is seeking a Manager of Inside Sales to lead a high‑performing renewals team from our London hub. You’ll own NRR for assigned renewals, coach reps, and collaborate with Sales, Success, and Finance to align renewal strategy and forecast accuracy.
You will drive renewal playbooks for LOA/TBH and multi‑org accounts, champion data hygiene, renewal velocity, and customer outcomes across strategic customers.
