Leisure Sales Manager

We have an exciting opportunity with Dorsett Shepherds London and our aparthotel Dao by Dorsett West London for a Leisure Sales Manager. As the Leisure Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing and maximising leisure business opportunities for the hotel. The role will focus on driving room-night production and revenue through leisure travel agents, tour operators, wholesalers, DMCs, and travel partners.

The role will develop long-term commercial relationships, identify new business opportunities and implement targeted sales strategies to increase the hotel's leisure market share and revenue performance. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you must be self-motivated, organised and able to develop strong business relationships with a focus on closing business and exceeding all assigned targets.
