Patient Temperature Management Sales Specialist - South UK (Predominantly London & South East)
The OpportunityI'm currently supporting a leading Med Tech company with the recruitment of a Patient Temperature Management Sales Specialist covering the South UK, predominantly London and the South East.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing commercial team, representing an innovative patient temperature management portfolio across both NHS and private healthcare customers.
This is a highly strategic territory where you'll be responsible for driving new business, developing existing accounts and building long-term relationships with key theatre stakeholders.
The RoleResponsibilities include:
- Driving new business across NHS Trusts and Private Hospital Groups.
- Growing existing accounts through strategic account development.
- Promoting an innovative patient temperature management portfolio across perioperative care pathways.
- Building relationships with Anaesthetists, Theatre Managers, ODPs, Theatre Practitioners, Recovery Teams, Procurement and Clinical Leads.
- Identifying opportunities to convert competitor business.
- Supporting product evaluations, demonstrations and clinical adoption.
- Developing and executing strategic territory growth plans.
- Working closely with internal clinical and commercial colleagues to maximise territory performance.
Please note:
We are specifically looking for candidates with either Critical Care or Surgical medical device sales experience.
- Proven medical device sales experience within Critical Care, or the Surgical/Theatre market.
- Experience selling capital equipment and/or high-value surgical medical devices would be highly advantageous.
- A genuine hunter mentality, with a proven track record of winning new business and strategically developing territories.
- Strong strategic account planning and territory management skills.
- Experience engaging with Theatre Teams, Anaesthetists, ODPs, Critical Care clinicians, Procurement and other NHS stakeholders.
- Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
- Full UK driving licence.
Candidates without Critical Care or Surgical medical device sales experience will unfortunately not be considered due to the specialist nature of the portfolio.
