Senior Sales Development Representative | £35, base with uncapped commission | In-Person in our Theale (Reading) Head-Office This ad is for one of our founding senior SDR roles at Momentum Sales to help shape the future sales team and development programmes. We're looking for senior sales reps who love the game of sales but are looking for a role where they can have real impact in a fast-growing company.

Who we are Momentum Sales is a B2B Cold Outbound Agency. We work with genuinely exciting clients, from digital marketing agencies to cyber security firms, to help build them a cold outbound funnel that produces consistent results. You'll get experience across a range of industries, learning how to sell just about anything, to anyone. Your day will look like:
Owning and shaping your own cold outbound campaigns Working closely with our clients to develop sales strategies Building real relationships on behalf of your clients Mentoring junior sales team and helping to shape sales training programmes Contributing to the development of our internal systems We've worked hard to build a high-performing sales team, so you'll be in good company. We're a team that likes to push ourselves, inside & outside of work, to learn, develop and win.

What we're looking for An ambitious salesperson who loves the game and can get stuck in with the team. Someone who brings ideas and solutions to the table and wants to be a part of building the company from the ground up. You'll have had 3 years experience as a sales development rep and looking for your next step up with increased autonomy.

We want to see people with proven track record who can generate real results. What we offer Salary: £35, depending on experience and proof of results Commission:
Uncapped. OTE: £45,000-£52,000 25 days holiday PLUS 27th Dec - 2nd Jan off as a bonus Your Birthday off Training & Mentorship Programmes Tools & AI Budget Who this isn't for If you don't have real experience and results from cold-calling then this isn't for you. We need salespeople who aren't scared to pick up the phone and build relationships.
