Our London-based client is growing, and they’re looking for confident, enthusiastic individuals to join them as Sales Advisors. With increasing demand from their fundraising clients, it’s an exciting time to get involved and gain hands‑on experience in a people-focused environment.

You’ll represent recognised fundraising brands through face‑to‑face sales and customer engagement, working across residential campaigns and speaking with a variety of people each day.

If you’re confident speaking with new people, enjoy working in a customer‑facing environment and bring a positive, proactive attitude, this could be a great long‑term opportunity to build practical sales experience.

• Full‑time equivalent availability (4–5 full days between Monday and Saturday)

• Customer Acquisition: Representing clients face‑to‑face, building rapport and supporting new customer acquisition.
• Customer Engagement: Delivering positive interactions while working towards individual and team goals.
• Client Training: Access to client training and daily upskilling sessions from the start.
• Full‑Time Equivalent Availability: 4–5 full working days per week.
• Earnings: A Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus commission and performance incentives.
• Skill Development: Build practical communication, customer engagement and sales skills.
• Recognition & Experiences: Performance‑based incentives, networking events and annual R&R opportunities may be available.
• Team Environment: A collaborative environment with social activities and company events.

This subcontracted opportunity requires no previous experience and may suit entry‑level applicants or those looking for a change. Individuals from retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, administration, care, warehouse, front of house and other customer‑facing backgrounds may have transferable skills relevant to the opportunity. Earnings consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus commission and performance incentives.
