- Enterprise platform spanning CRM, data, AI, personalisation, loyalty and media.
- Established global business working with complex, high-value enterprise customers.
- Major opportunity to drive the next phase of UK and EMEA customer growth.
- Own retention and multi-million-pound expansion across strategic UK enterprise accounts.
- Build C-suite relationships and personally originate and close major growth opportunities.
- Lead the UK strategy while developing the wider customer account function.
- Enterprise Account / Client Partner experience within Mar Tech, CRM, ESP, CDP, etc
- Proven multi-million-pound expansion & existing-account growth
- C-suite / Board-level relationships + complex enterprise deal leadership
