Europe Territory Executive

Overview

The Europe Territory Executive is responsible for supporting the delivery of wholesale sales, territory growth, and account performance across key European markets. This role combines day-to-day account coordination, sales administration and market research to help deliver revenue targets and maintain the highest standard of brand representation. Working closely with the Europe Territory Manager and internal teams, the Territory Executive will assist with and coordinate seasonal and in-season activities, from territory planning through to post-market management, and in-store activation.

• Territory Planning & Strategy. Research and compile regional market potential, including retail landscape, competitors, and consumer spending patterns. Maintain and keep up to date the territory account list, encompassing existing and target stockists (department stores, specialty stores, and online retailers). Research, qualify, and report on potential new accounts across key European markets (with the strong focus on France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, etc.).
  
  Keep account database accurate and current — contacts, status, notes and next steps.
• Pre-Market Preparation. Assist the Territory Manager with Milan Showroom coordination and setup, including sample check-in, and appointment scheduling. Schedule active and prospective business appointments and manage the market calendar. Prepare appointment packs — prior season figures, budget summaries and account histories — as briefed by the Territory Manager.
• Market Appointments & Sales. Lead sales appointments with independets, both active and prospects across the business. Note and report new opportunities, risks, and market trends; communicate these to the relevant Territory Manager post-market. Enter, check and confirm orders in the system promptly after each appointment.
• Post-Market Order Management. Support where needed Wholesale Managers and Executives across the sales teams during order recap, selection, and outreach, ensuring all follow-ups are actioned.
• In-Season Account Management. Track market performance and report local trends and competitive shifts to the Territory Manager. Support Wholesale Managers and Executives across the sales teams on outstanding payments, cancellations, or unresponsive clients.
• Travel. Help plan and attend, where needed, regional travel, including store visits, staff training sessions, and trunk shows. Support the delivery of in-store brand and product training for retail partners to drive sell-through. Report back with detailed store visit notes, competitor analysis, and market photography. Prepare PK materials.
• Reporting and Analysis. Compile market insights including competitor pricing, regional events, and trade show opportunities, for the Territory Manager to present.

Additional languages like Italian, Spanish, French and/or German, is required for this role. Strong organisation and follow-through; comfortable owning admin and detail under market pressure. Confident with Excel and order management Willing and able to travel across Europe during market and in-season. Right to work in the UK
