Regional Sales Manager

Salary - £55,000 to £65,000 plus commission

The purpose of this Regional Sales Manager role is to implement the sales strategy set out by the Sales Director, proactively serving existing customers and identifying and acquiring potential new customers. Selling and promoting the full range of HVAC products and services offered by the business through design consultant and mechanical contractors and installers, driving sales and growth.

• Proactively manage and serve existing customers within the region, ensuring customer satisfaction whilst maximizing all sales possibilities with each customer.
• Identification and targeting potential target customers.
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
• Using the companies and your own experience and expertise to add value to the customer.
• Negotiating to win orders.
• Create monthly reports and attend sales meetings as required.
• Updating and maintaining the company’s database and CRM system.

• Sales experience in the HVAC or building services background
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and market trends
• Proven experience working with HVAC contractors and consultants
• Strong and proven track record of technical sales in a complex market
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Salary is £55,000 to £65,000 DOE plus company car.
