Personal Trainer & Sales Lead

Maxwellness is preparing to launch a new health and fitness site, and we’re looking for an exceptional Founding Trainer & Sales Manager to help build it from the ground up.

This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role for someone who combines excellent coaching with strong sales ability, energy and commercial ownership.

• Helping launch and establish the new gym
• Delivering and coordinating high-quality classes
• Managing membership enquiries, consultations and sales
• Converting leads into long-term members
• Building relationships and keeping members engaged and motivated
• Creating a welcoming, high-performance community
• Maintaining an excellent experience throughout the facility
• Working closely with the founder and café team
• Being a consistent on-site presence five days per week
• Helping shape the culture and future growth of the location

• Confident in both coaching and sales
• Charismatic, organised and highly reliable
• Proactive and comfortable taking ownership
• Passionate about movement, health and community
• Commercially aware and motivated by results
