Salary: 35000 - 42000 per year (depending on experience) plus commission

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Studio Manager in achieving membership sales goals and daily operations

• Drive studio revenue through proactive lead generation follow-up and membership conversions

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by welcoming members answering enquiries and providing studio tours

• Assist in planning and executing local marketing and community events to grow brand awareness

• Ensure high standards of studio presentation cleanliness and safety

• Maintain accurate records in the sales and booking system (training provided)

• Motivate and inspire studio staff to hit performance targets and embody the Club Pilates culture

Requirements

• Previous sales experience (fitness hospitality or retail sales preferred)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment multitask and stay organized

• Confident using phone email and face-to-face interactions to close sales

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as required

• A passion for fitness wellness and helping people achieve their goals
