Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

• Engage proactively with customers to identify their needs and promote suitable vehicles
• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Cultivate and maintain excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Handle vehicle inquiries efficiently, ensuring accurate record-keeping of sales activities
• Support dealership processes to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership-wide objectives

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

• Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive within the motor trade
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work towards targets and adhere to deadlines
• Professional, customer-focused attitude
• Full UK driving licence
• Motivated to achieve sales objectives and develop within a reputable dealership environment
