• Minimum 4 years of experience as a whole of market broker
• Recent, proven success with online enquiries
• Compliant (CAS preferred), with no panel strike-offs or recent, major upheld complaints

We need advisors who care about their customers. This means being the guardian of their

property journey, which of course includes the mortgage, but also saving them from a solicitor

nightmare, supporting the property purchase with more data, and ensuring they are

fully protected.

Mentality:
You will need to be self-motivated, ready to help loads of customers, and go the extra

mile for people in complex circumstances. You are looking for solutions, and relish the chance to find a way for customers, however complex the situation is.

Selling:
Winning web enquiries is about urgency, speed, excellent communication with a clear and professional phone manner, and the ability to build rapport with customers naturally. It is also about consistency, understanding that the right explanation and presentation of values and benefits of the service is where business is won over the long-term.

Knowledge:
Your experience needs to be in more than the vanilla – be it BTL, complex income,

complex credit, properties, and customers with a variety of complex needs. We work in channels and departments of expertise, triaging customers that best fit skills and experience to optimise outcomes.

Organisation/Systems:
The best advisors are proficient in various systems, and are tech-savvy.

They don't need to be told how Google docs work, can share a screen without clicking around

for ages, and don’t accidentally speak on mute all the time! We need advisors who are happy to

move with the times and make the most of our new AI-powered systems, to adapt their sales

processes and embrace the efficiency on offer.

We are a team of 40+ industry experts, and are growing to help us make the most of the new

opportunities we are being offered, through a variety of new and established introducers. Thanks to our ability to maximise outcomes for complex borrowers, we now work with some of the UK’s biggest household brands to support their mortgage journey. With a strong history in lead generation, we know what it takes to generate and convert all manner of customers.

We want total transparency, and we will ONLY take you if we think you actually have a chance

to succeed. We will not be the cause of your wasted year, and we want to create the conditions

for success, so that is fully on you.

• 40% on all introduced business, with 20% for protection when written by one of our protection specialists*
• 70% on all self generated business, with 50% on protection when written by one of our
• £300 monthly fees - waived if you are hitting £9k gross banking
• Admin provided (or 5% uplift if you choose to do your own admin)
• Leads included - 3+ a day, with no caps on what you pull
• Leading CRM system to manage sales flow
• 5% bonus on any introduced business over the initial £9k.
