We are working with a leading house builder to find an ambitious, personable and target-driven Sales Executive to join their team. Youll initially be based on a development in Pontefract , with 33 homes still available , before becoming a floating Sales Executive supporting developments across Barnsley .

Youll be the face of the development and the person customers remember throughout their home-buying journey. Youll be:
Welcoming potential buyers and creating a great first impression Qualifying enquiries and understanding exactly what customers are looking for Conducting viewings and showcasing the development Managing your sales pipeline and following up on leads Converting enquiries into reservations Working towards targets and maximising every opportunity Delivering an exceptional customer experience from first visit to moving day Working closely with the wider site team to keep everything moving Who are you?

Were looking for someone with energy, personality and a serious appetite for sales . Youll be:
