Hawkfield Recruitment is working with a family-run dealer group in Winchester who are recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent two rapidly growing automotive brands that are making a real impact in the UK market.

With an expanding range of petrol, hybrid and electric vehicles, competitive pricing and increasing customer awareness, these brands offer something genuinely different for customers entering the showroom. Youll be joining a modern dealership, selling both new and used vehicles and working with an exciting product range that continues to grow. Were looking for a motivated, professional and customer-focused Car Sales Executive who can become a key part of the dealerships continued growth.

What Youll Do :
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover Communicate with customers via email, telephone and face-to-face Guide customers through the complete sales process using a consultative and professional approach Sell both new and used vehicles Build strong product knowledge across an expanding model range Identify customer requirements and recommend the most suitable vehicle and funding options Arrange and accompany customers on test drives Maximise sales opportunities while delivering an excellent customer experience Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales targets Maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers Work collaboratively with the wider dealership team to ensure a smooth customer journey

What Were Looking For :
