We are currently seeking a Car Sales Executive to join a reputable dealer group in Putney, Greater London. • Competitive basic salary of £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
• OTE of £50,000 - £55,000, achievable with excellent performance
• Working hours:
  
  5 days per week, including 1 in 3 Sundays on rota

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements
• Conduct test drives and confidently present vehicle features
• Negotiate deals to ensure a seamless sales process and customer satisfaction
• Follow up on leads and develop lasting customer relationships
• Work toward individual and team sales targets to maximise results

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

• Proven experience in car sales, ideally within a dealership or used car environment
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed
• Full UK driving licence
