As a Flex Market Advisor at JLL, you'll be at the forefront of one of our fastest-growing business lines, proactively identifying and winning new business while guiding clients through the dynamic world of flexible workspace solutions. This is a commercially focused, business development-led role where you'll take ownership of the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and cold outreach to deal closure and client management.

You'll combine entrepreneurial drive with strategic thinking, sourcing new opportunities through Linked In outreach, cold calling, and targeted email campaigns, while conducting comprehensive market searches and coordinating viewings to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Own and manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through to deal closure, demonstrating commercial acumen and consultative selling skills

Conduct comprehensive market searches and produce detailed reports that identify the best flexible workspace options aligned with client requirements and budget parameters

Manage end-to-end project coordination with agency and corporate teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery throughout the client journey

Organise and lead property viewings, creating efficient viewing schedules that maximise client engagement and showcase the most relevant workspace solutions

Represent the Flex team in internal and external meetings, articulating client needs and market insights to drive informed decision-making and close opportunities

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, tracking activity and conversion metrics to consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key flexible workspace providers, ensuring JLL remains a preferred partner and clients benefit from exclusive access and terms

Conduct ongoing market research on landlords, operators, and evolving market dynamics to maintain competitive intelligence and identify new business opportunities

Contribute to marketing initiatives by creating compelling materials that highlight our flexible workspace capabilities and support business development efforts

Required qualifications:

Proven sales experience with a demonstrable track record of generating new business, meeting targets, and closing deals through proactive outreach

Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills and the confidence to engage prospects at all levels through cold calling, Linked In, and email campaigns

Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently with an entrepreneurial approach to building your client portfolio

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to clients and stakeholders throughout the sales process

Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and sales opportunities simultaneously

Analytical mindset with attention to detail, capable of synthesizing market data into actionable insights and persuasive proposals
