Regional Sales Manager | Ophthalmic Lenses | South Central
Zest Optical is working in partnership with a global leader in ophthalmic lenses to recruit a Regional Sales Manager for the South Central. This is an exciting opportunity to join a premium manufacturer renowned for innovation, clinical excellence and cutting-edge lens technology. The position will cover the following postcode areas: OX, HP, LU, AL, RG, GU, SO, PO, BH & DT.

- Manage and develop a territory across the South Central, driving sales growth and market share.
- Identify and win new independent optical accounts through proactive business development.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to maximise account performance.
- Deliver commercial presentations and product demonstrations to practice owners and dispensing teams.
- Promote premium ophthalmic lens technologies and value-added solutions.
- Develop strategic territory plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and identify opportunities to increase product penetration and profitability.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.
- Represent the business professionally, acting as a brand ambassador throughout the region.
- Requirements
- Previous B2B sales experience within the optical industry.
- Experience selling ophthalmic lenses, optical equipment or premium eyewear products.
- A proven track record of developing new business and growing existing accounts.
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious and target-driven with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
