Develop strategic alliances and execute joint business plans with named partners.

Drive co-sell motions, pipeline development, and effective utilization of MDF funds.

Enable partners through training, certifications, and joint marketing initiatives.

Lead joint campaigns, webinars, and events to generate demand and expand market reach.

Conduct regular quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to monitor performance and refine partner strategy.

• 7+ years of experience in channel or partner management.
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence across organizations and manage joint initiatives effectively.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in driving partner success.
