Multilingual Dutch & English Speaking Customer Advisor

Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Agent to join a busy contact centre team supporting European holiday bookings. You will handle inbound enquiries, understand customer needs, recommend suitable travel options and confidently convert calls into confirmed bookings. This is a sales-driven position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-led environment. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.

Location:

Hybrid Once Fully Trained
- Canary Wharf, London Salary: £12.79 per hour  uncapped commission (OTE £3,000 annually)

Hours:

Full time: 37.50 per week, Between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday
- Friday, 8-4PM Saturday and 9-4PM Sunday. Shifts will include 1 weekend day every other week with a weekday given in lieu. Training:
Fully office-based
