With a constant stream of marketing-generated enquiries, you'll be speaking to prospective clients who are already interested in their services.
Your role is to engage, nurture and convert those enquiries into consultations, appointments and revenue. The Opportunity You'll build rapport, understand individual needs, overcome concerns and confidently guide prospective clients towards the most appropriate solution. Using your rapport building skills and product knowledge over time, you will utilise your ability to follow up effectively, nurture relationships and manage a pipeline of opportunities creating more sales for the organisation.

This role offers the perfect opportunity for a commercially minded individual who enjoys speaking with people, building trust and converting opportunities into sales. What You'll Be Doing Responding quickly to inbound enquiries from website, social media, advertising campaigns and referrals. Speaking with prospective clients via telephone, email and messaging platforms. Building strong relationships and identifying customer needs. Advising clients on suitable consultations and services.
Managing enquiries from initial contact through to conversion. Following up leads consistently and professionally. Handling objections around price, timing and decision-making. Re-engaging previous enquiries and dormant opportunities. Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer information. Working towards booking, conversion and revenue targets. Identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and conversion performance. Essential Experience Previous sales, lead conversion or business development experience.
Experience converting inbound enquiries into appointments, consultations or sales. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence handling objections and closing opportunities. Experience using CRM systems. Strong organisation and follow-up skills.
Desirable Experience Health, wellness, aesthetics, beauty or medical sector experience. Premium product or high-value service sales experience. Experience working with long sales cycles and customer nurturing. Ready to Be Rewarded for Your Sales Success? Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 FTE (pro rata for part-time hours) Plus:
