Office based What you'll be doing Building your own desk through proactive client engagement and new business development Speaking with commercial clients, understanding their needs and presenting the right solutions Managing your pipeline and following up on enquiries to convert new business Working closely with experienced handlers and executives to develop your technical knowledge Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance throughout Growing into a fully rounded commercial insurance professional over time What they're looking for At least 1 year of experience in insurance or a sales environment A natural communicator - confident on the phone and great with people Driven, ambitious and motivated by results Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced, supportive environment Someone who builds rapport easily with clients and colleagues alike
