Sales Manager

The Business As Sales Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team within a fast-paced, consultative sales environment. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, creating a positive and accountable culture, and ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience throughout their journey. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a proactive manager who enjoys motivating teams, improving performance, and leading by example.

The Role Reporting to the a Senior Sales Manages, duties includes:
Lead, inspire, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets. Drive a culture of high performance, accountability, and engagement. Monitor team KPIs and implement performance improvement plans where required. Conduct regular coaching sessions, one-to-ones, and training to maximise performance. Support the ongoing development and progression of team members. Ensure customer outcomes remain at the heart of all sales activity.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and overall sales performance. Collaborate with senior management and wider business functions to achieve company objectives. Provide hands-on support within the sales process and act as a role model for best practice. Person A minimum of 2years’ experience in a Sales Manager or Team Leader position. Previous experience managing teams in a high-volume B2B or B2C sales environment.

A proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets through effective leadership. Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A commercial mindset with the ability to drive growth and maximise performance.
