Sales Executive (Industrial Plastics) £35,000 - £40,000  Uncapped Commission (£50-£60k OTE)  Car Allowance / Company Car  Training  Progression  Autonomy  Company Benefits South East (Field-Based) Are you a Sales Executive with a background in industrial plastics or similar, looking to join an established international manufacturer offering strong earning potential and long-term progression? You will be responsible for developing new business and managing existing accounts across a range of industrial sectors, providing tailored polyurethane and engineering plastics solutions to customers operating within recycling, quarrying, mining, bulk handling and manufacturing environments.

The company is a respected international manufacturer specialising in advanced polyurethane and engineering plastic products. With continued growth across the UK market, they offer a stable platform, technical development and excellent earning potential. This role would suit a Sales Engineer with experience in industrial products or solutions, looking to maximise earnings and take ownership of their territory.

The Role:

* Develop new business and manage existing customer accounts across the UK
* Provide technical sales support for industrial plastics and polyurethane solutions
* Prepare quotations, proposals and commercially aligned solutions based on customer requirements
* Conduct site visits, product demonstrations and customer meetings
* Work closely with internal technical and production teams to support projects and customer delivery
* Support exhibitions, trade shows and industry events

The Person :
* Experience in technical sales, field sales or applications engineering
* Background in industrial plastics, polyurethane products, or engineering
