Internal Sales Executive

Sales Executive Annual Salary: £30,000 (dependent on experience)

St Albans, Herts AL3 Job Type: Full-time My client are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to play a key role in delivering exceptional service quality that significantly impacts their clients. This position offers a dynamic and fast-paced working environment where your contributions are highly valued and visible. Day-to-day of the role:
Maximise the potential of new and existing clients, principally through outbound verbal engagement. Build and maintain strong personal relationships with new and existing clients. Negotiate with clients and suppliers to secure the best terms and foster long-term partnerships. Submit quotes, overcome objections, and convert opportunities to win business. Manage accounts effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in meetings with key accounts either via Teams or face-to-face as circumstances permit.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Friendly telephone manner and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Energetic and enthusiastic personality with strong negotiating skills. Good attention to detail and a positive attitude with a desire to succeed. Interest in commerce, customer service, and logistics. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
