- Lettings Negotiator/Senior Lettings Negotiator - OTE
- Basic £25,000- £30,000- OTE - £100,000 - Central London ASAP start ideally My client has an incredibly strong presence Internationally, but the focus for this role would be across the London PCL market. My client needs someone who lives and breath the PCL market, understands the demographic and clients needs. You'll be joining a successful office with the goal to hit £500,000 in your first year, lucrative commission structure also.

Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations of the branch office, ensuring it consistently reflects the brand’s premium positioning Registering and qualifying new buyers and sellers Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers Managing a strong pipeline of sales from enquiry through to completion Building strong relationships with clients and applicants Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM systems Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and project deadlines.
