Telephone / Internal Business Development Manager — Specialist Property Finance

London / Hybrid (3-4 days per week office based)
£35 - £45k Basic + Bonus + Benefits (Dependent on experience)
We're looking for an office based Telephone / Internal Business Development Manager to join a leading specialist property finance lender, supporting a BDM’s in a client services capacity.
You'll be the first point of contact for their broker network, onboarding new brokers, triaging inbound calls and enquiries, and ensuring every broker gets a fast, professional response, whether that's you resolving it directly or routing it to the right person on the team. This is a genuinely important relationship focused role, you'll be shaping brokers' first impressions of the business and keeping their day-to-day experience running smoothly.
This role offers genuine career progression into a full business development role.

- Onboarding new brokers and introducers, guiding them through registration, product knowledge and how best to work with us
