• Winning new sales and lettings instructions
• Generating valuation opportunities
• Developing relationships with landlords, vendors, investors and developers
• Increasing market share within the local area
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Supporting branch performance and revenue growth
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
• Working to and exceeding individual and branch targets

Skills, Experience and

Competencies:

• Experienced in residential sales or lettings
• High level of customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
