The Role The GTM Engineer will sit at the heart of the go-to-market function, working to help build the outbound engine from the ground up. This is a role that calls for genuine initiative, creative thinking, and a willingness to own the process end to end. Responsibilities include running multi-channel outbound campaigns, targeted prospect research, qualifying leads, and contributing to ICP refinement and broader go-to-market strategy.
The Company This is a profitable technology startup in the data and AI space. With a client base of over 300 investment firms and a culture built around curiosity and autonomy rather than layers of process, there is a clear internal progression path along with significant opportunity to earn commission. The role is based from their London offices. What experience does the GTM Engineer need?
Previous outbound SDR or BDR experience gained at a startup environment or selling into the investment firm market A background firmly rooted in B2B SaaS Strong self-direction and the ability to operate autonomously without relying on heavily structured processes or scripted playbooks Familiarity with modern outbound tooling such as Clay, email sequencing platforms, or CRM systems is a bonus Other prior exposure to financial services, VC, or PE buyers would be a plus So What's Next?
