Strategic Marketing Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a commercially minded professional who understands how supply chains work in categories like automotive, logistics , e-commerce or pharma , where customers create value, and what prevents them from achieving their growth ambitions . You will understand the critical role packaging plays in enabling efficient, resilient and sustainable supply chains, and how packaging can drive value for customers and support their growth ambitions.

You will work directly with Sales and Innovation teams to shape our go-to-market strategy, strengthen customer relevance, and build DS Smith's credibility across the e-commerce and industrial sectors.

Success in this role comes from understanding customers: how they operate , the challenges they face, where inefficiencies exist, and how packaging, logistics and supply chain solutions can help solve real business problems.

You'll combine strategic thinking, market insight and customer understanding to identify growth opportunities f or packaging solutions and related services , shape compelling value propositions and translate them into commercial action.
