Attensi is a global leader in gamified simulation training, serving clients in Finance and Professional Services. We are looking for a Business Development Director to drive growth in the UK and European markets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue ideal customers in the Financial and Professional Services sector.
- Generate leads and increase awareness through industry events, webinars, and other outreach.
- Map organisational challenges and training needs with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to support customers and explore upsell opportunities.
- Partner with the commercial team to develop best practices and grow the organisation.
- BSc degree or higher.
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience with enterprise clients.
- Proven track record establishing relationships with CxOs and directors of large organisations.
- Experience in the Financial Services and/or Professional Services sector is desirable.
