Account Manager in London (Hospitality) - Global Fitness Equipment £40k basic + £6k car allowance + up to £17.5k OTE (uncapped)
Location:
London Territory, with regular travel across the capital and occasional overnight stays for wider account cover.
Our client is a global leader in commercial fitness equipment, supplying gyms, hotels and multi-unit housing developments with strength and cardio solutions worldwide. They're looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join their UK Sales team, targeting the Hospitality sector across London and playing a genuinely vital role in the business's continued growth in the capital.
This is a chance to own a territory and build it your way. You'll be generating opportunity, qualifying leads and managing a pipeline that directly increases market share, all while getting face time with hotel groups, developers and operators who are shaping how people work out away from home. It's a consultative sell, not a hard sell, and the right person will thrive on initiative, relationship-building and being the face of a brand people already trust.

Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility for client meetings, industry events and occasional overnight stays as the territory requires.Key responsibilities:
Business development: Unearth and develop new customer relationships across Hospitality and MUH accounts, generating opportunity and qualifying leads to build a strong pipeline.
Account management: Evolve existing customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and industry events, fostering long-term partnerships built on mutual success.
Performance: Achieve annual targets and segment growth, hit weekly and monthly KPIs, and lead tender submissions within the territory.
Sales experience: Proven background in a sales role, delivering against KPIs and executing sales strategy, ideally with some hospitality industry exposure.
Communicator: Confident across calls, emails and face-to-face meetings at varying levels of management, with the ability to deliver thought-provoking presentations where needed.
Self-starter: A natural ability to take initiative, drive to a result and take ownership of your own development, all with a genuinely customer-centric approach.
Uncapped OTE and a car allowance on top of a competitive basic salary.
