Field Sales Representative

I You Print are looking for an experienced, driven and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented salesperson who enjoys meeting business owners face-to-face, developing new relationships and converting opportunities into long-term customers.. .

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory..
• Visit prospective and existing customers to introduce our print and design services..
• Build strong, long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers..
• Generate leads through face-to-face visits, networking, referrals, prospecting and cold outreach..
• Target businesses across sectors such as hospitality, retail, property, construction, professional services, events and local businesses..
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable print and signage solutions..
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and enquiries..
• Re-engage previous and inactive customers to generate repeat business..
• Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively..
• Achieve and exceed agreed weekly and monthly sales targets..
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, quotations and sales within the CRM system..
• Provide regular feedback on customer requirements, competitor activity and market opportunities..
• Work closely with the design, production and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience..

• 1-2 years’ experience in field sales, B2B sales or business development is preferred..
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets..
• Confident and professional face-to-face communication skills..
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and closing abilities..
• Comfortable approaching and developing relationships with new businesses..
• Highly motivated, commercially minded and target-driven..
• Ability to work independently and manage your own diary and territory..
• Excellent follow-up and organisational skills..
• Experience in the printing, signage, design, advertising or B2B services industry is an advantage but not essential..
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory..
