Car Sales Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable automotive organisation in Croydon for the position of a New Car Sales Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated experienced professional to lead a high-performing sales team within a well-established dealership. The New Car Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, maximising profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic automotive environment.

• Competitive basic salary of up to 37,000 with an achievable OTE of 60,000

• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Manage departmental budgets to ensure profitability
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster strong customer relationships
• Recruit, train, and onboard new sales staff
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise new car sales
• Monitor sales KPIs and prepare performance reports
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and company policies

• Proven experience as a New Car Sales Manager or similar senior sales role within the automotive sector
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Results-driven with a focus on target achievement
• Knowledge of automotive retail processes and customer service standards
• Valid UK driving licence
