Upsell-Focused Enterprise IT & Cybersecurity Accounts Lead

Requirements

• We’re looking for a driven, dynamic, and results-oriented professional with:

• Proven IT or SaaS sales experience (3+ years)

• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue quotas

• Experience working with corporate IT teams and selling through Channel partners
,
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively

• Strong communication skills, a positive outlook, and a “can-do” attitude
,
• Knowledge or experience in cybersecurity, email/messaging, or enterprise IT is a huge plus!

• We’re looking for an exceptional Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of ~50 customers (1000–3000 employees), focusing on upselling new and existing products
,
• As the main point of contact for these accounts, you’ll be their trusted advisor, guiding them through Mimecast’s cutting-edge technology stack and helping them tackle today’s cybersecurity challenges
,
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual upsell revenue targets
,
• Prevent churn and mitigate downsell within your assigned accounts
,
• Partner with the Channel Development Team to create and execute impactful account plans
,
• Drive incremental revenue by selling new technology into existing customers
,
• Follow a proven end-to-end sales methodology to close deals efficiently
,
• Continuously develop your skills through training and knowledge-building sessions
