SALES & EVENTS MANAGER CENTRAL LONDON

£42,000 inc estimated tronc + Uncapped Commission - OTE circa £50,000 plus

This is a sales role first.
Were looking for a commercially driven Sales & Events Manager who can do more than manage enquiries. We want someone who can create them.
Youll take ownership of the events sales pipeline, generating new business, converting opportunities and growing revenue across corporate events, group dining, private dining and exclusive hire.
With at least 50% of your time focused on proactive outbound sales and business development, this is a genuine opportunity to build your own network across Londons corporate and events community and make a measurable impact on commercial performance.

THE ROLE
Youll be responsible for driving new business, developing relationships and maximising every events opportunity from initial enquiry through to confirmed booking and beyond.

NEW BUSINESS & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Proactively target Londons corporate market, event agencies, PAs, EAs, hotels, concierge companies and key business partners
Generate new business through outbound calls, Linked In, networking, introductions, meetings and relationship building
Identify and develop new corporate and agency accounts
Build and maintain a strong database of commercial contacts
Create long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
