Location:Based in Chiswick Office - Monday to Friday
Salary:
Up to £40,000 basic plus 15% bonus + Salary Sacrifice Car (£175 per month) + 7% Pension Contribution
Overview:
The role is working directly with the
OEM
which is rapidly expanding across the UK franchise dealerships.
This role is suitable for a
New/Used
Car Sales Manager
looking to transition into a
OEM
role or a very experienced
Business/Transaction Manager.
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting: orders, stock, forecast.
- Industry reporting:
Insight and Analysis of approved vehicles sales - Quarterly and Campaign pricing
- Operations and communication coordination for both customers and Retailers
- Event, marketing and ‘Point of Sale’ (PoS) planning
- Assist in Invoicing and allocation
- Discount term responsibility
- Communications and social media Support
- Assisting other business functions such as Retail sales teams, as and when required
- At least two years’ experience within the automotive and/or leasing industry is desirable.
- Experience in Automotive Sales Administration and working with customers.
- A proficient level of numeracy and literacy with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong IT skills and is competent using Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.
- Be a motivated and well organised individual, including the ability to work on your own initiative with support from your Line Manager.
- The ability to work well within a team and can support and challenge colleagues appropriately.
