Overview

Senior Business Development Manager – French‑speaking markets. The role focuses on driving revenue growth in L&D and corporate sectors in French‑speaking countries. It involves engaging high potential clients, following up on SDR‑booked meetings and closing B2B SaaS deals of €200k+.

• Deliver on business goals and accurately forecast deals.
• Manage pipeline and build strong insights into target customers.
• Collaborate with the product team to adapt Busuu's value offering.
• Identify emerging trends in the local corporate language market and maintain competitiveness awareness.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences and events.

• Fluency in French and English.
• Extensive experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing deals valued at €200k+.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to build a pipeline and create qualified opportunities through multiple channels.
• Knowledge of the corporate L&D landscape in France.

• Additional European language proficiency.
• Experience in Ed‑tech or selling to L&D/Training/HR professionals.
• Proficiency in MEDDPICC methodology.
• Hub Spot experience.
