Youll build, manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients across areas including Property Owners and Commercial Combined.

Working alongside experienced senior leaders, youll develop strong client relationships, win new business and identify opportunities to maximise your portfolio.

• Generate new business and develop existing commercial accounts
• Manage new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments
• Understand clients businesses, risks and future plans
• Build long-term, trusted client relationships
• Work with underwriters to secure tailored insurance solutions
• Identify cross-selling and referral opportunities
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

• Have proven telesales, outbound or face-to-face sales experience
• Are confident, persuasive and comfortable closing deals
• Are motivated by money, targets and competition
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Handle pressure and remain focused on results
• Are ambitious and want to progress quickly
• Are ready to fully relocate internationally
