• Prospect and identify new SMB opportunities across assigned territories
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through self-generated and SDR-qualified opportunities
• Conduct discovery, sales conversations, negotiations, and close deals end-to-end
• Manage objections, pricing discussions, and compliance requirements
• Drive early customer activation and time-to-value post-close
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data, forecasting, and deal hygiene
• Partner with SDRs, Operations, KYC, Compliance, and Customer Success
• Share market insights and contribute to sales playbooks and GTM initiatives.

• 4–5 Years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Executive roles
• Proven track record of prospecting, closing, and achieving revenue targets
• Strong discovery, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
• Comfortable owning a territory and independently building pipeline
• Data-driven, CRM proficient, and comfortable using AI tools for prospecting and productivity
• Self-starter with strong organisation skills and a results-driven mindset
• Nice to have:
  Experience in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS, knowledge of payments, FX, cash management, or financial operations, experience with multi-product selling and upsell/cross-sell.
