- Work with paediatric consultants and dietitians in hospitals, and some dieticians in community settings
- Build relationships with key networks
- Maximise usage and uptake within patient groups to improve patient outcomes and quality of life
- Collaborate using field and digital skills to build effective working relationships with key networks
- Drive uptake of the full paediatric portfolio
- Work both remotely and within the field
- Field sales and digital sales experience
- Educated to degree level or equivalent/graduate calibre/qualified by experience /ABPI Qualified
- High level of business planning, organisational & problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop productive partnerships
- High level of negotiation & selling skills
- Highly motivated with drive & determination to succeed & willingness to adapt to change
- New product launch experience
- Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate pro-activity
