Salary: Up to £45,000 + uncapped commission

Lighting Lives Consultants is a growing energy consultancy and brokerage, supporting businesses across the UK with energy procurement, cost optimisation, and strategic advisory.

We are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to drive new business growth across our consultancy offering. This role suits someone who understands how to sell solutions, not products — combining commercial awareness, strong client engagement, and the ability to convert complex opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:

• – Generating and winning new business across energy consultancy and brokerage services
• – Targeting key sectors and decision-makers
• – Leading discovery conversations to uncover client challenges
• – Shaping tailored solutions across procurement and advisory services
• – Developing proposals and leading negotiations
• – Collaborating with BDEs and technical teams
• – Feeding market insights into service development
