- Identify prospective customers with 25–500 FTE and introduce them to the value of Metaviews Platform;
Develop expert-level insight into the impact and practical application of AI in the recruiting process;
Move customers quickly from first contact through pitch to close;
Feed market learnings to the founders and product team to improve the product;
Build an extensive network by working with the next generation of iconic companies.
- Have 1+ years of sales experience with an early track record of success;
- Have experience thriving at a fast-paced SaaS startup or scaleup;
- Represent an intelligent, authentic, deeply customer-oriented, and low-BS brand;
- Have a strong academic track record;
- Be sharp, systematic, resilient, and motivated to win.
