The Role:

This is an exciting phone-based B2B Senior Telecoms Consultant role. You will be advising business customers, identifying their needs, and helping them secure better deals through our network of trusted suppliers. Full training provided for motivated candidates looking to build acareer in consultancy.

What You’ll Do

• Sella full suite of business telecoms and connectivity solutions, includingFTTP, broadband, digital lines, VoIP/hosted telephony, leased lines, andmobile packages.
• Conduct detailed telecom audits, reviewing usage,infrastructure, billing, and identifying areas for improvement or cost savings.
• Build,manage, and convert your own pipeline from warm leads, referrals, and proactive outbound activity.
• Managethe full sales cycle - qualification, solution design, provider comparison, proposal creation, and closing.
• Guide clients through switching, onboarding, contract negotiations, and ongoing support.
• Stayahead of the market by maintaining strong knowledge of connectivity technologies, tariffs, digital voice migration, and provider offerings.
• KeepCRM, compliance, and documentation accurate and up to date.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell utilities services such as energy and water where relevant.

• Proven experience selling telecoms and connectivity to UK small businesses(essential).
• Strong knowledge of the UK SME telecoms market, especially FTTP, connectivity,digital lines, VoIP/SIP, and hosted solutions.
• Abilityto run telecom audits, interpret bills, analyse spend, and produce compelling proposals.
• Competitive basic salary(£24-000 - £28,000) depending on experience
