This is an opportunity for a polished, ambitious property professional who understands the expectations of the prime London market and knows how to build genuine, long-term relationships with buyers and vendors.

Our client is looking for someone who is proactive, commercially driven and confident - an individual who doesn't simply wait for opportunities but actively creates them.

Working within a successful and highly professional environment, you will manage applicants, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and progress transactions while delivering the exceptional level of service expected within the luxury property sector.

You will also be encouraged to use your network, market knowledge and initiative to uncover new opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

• An experienced residential Sales Negotiator, ideally within the London market
• Confident dealing with high-net-worth clients
• An excellent communicator and negotiator
• Proactive in generating and converting opportunities
• Commercially aware and target-driven
• Immaculately presented with a polished, professional approach
• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple transactions
• A genuine relationship builder with strong local and market knowledge

  Monday to Friday. No weekends.
